Creating your income
Your income is directly linked to the provision of expert advice and high quality service delivered through the relationship you have with each of your clients.
Income is received in relation to the initial advice you provide your client and in addition an on-going income is earned through the funds under management and the ongoing service provided to your clients. We will explain this in more detail through the interview process.
In addition, we recognise that the income you receive may be constrained as you build your client base. With this in mind we can also provide financial assistance as part of our Academy support programme to help you in the first year whilst you are training and starting to build and plan your future.
